Re-Booking Policy
We understand that plans may change. To accommodate our guests, re-booking options are available under the terms outlined below:
Re-Booking Requests
All re-booking requests must be submitted via email or message, and must include the booking reference number or travel voucher number.
Re-booking requests are subject to availability and written confirmation from our team.
Re-Booking Fees
More than 10 days before the event: Re-booking is free of charge.
10 days or less before the event: Re-booking may incur a fee equivalent to the applicable cancellation penalty.
Only one re-booking is permitted per reservation unless otherwise approved.
Cancellation fees are calculated based on the time remaining before the scheduled event. The percentage listed represents the portion of the total booking price that is non-refundable.
Cancellation Requests
All cancellations must be submitted via email or message, and must include the booking reference number or travel voucher number.
Refunds (when applicable) are processed within 7 business days.
Exceptions for emergencies may be reviewed at the company’s discretion.
Cancelled 10 days or less before the event: 30% cancellation fee (70% refundable)
Cancelled 7 days or less before the event: 50% cancellation fee (50% refundable)
Cancelled 5 days or less before the event: 100% cancellation fee (no refund)
Note: When multiple penalty rules apply, the highest applicable penalty will be charged.
We strive to provide timely delivery of booking confirmations, tour details, and supporting documents.
Booking Confirmation
Instant Confirmation: Automatic confirmation email delivered within minutes of booking.
Manual or Customized Bookings: Confirmation sent within 24 hours.
Tour Tickets & Documentation
Standard Delivery: Digital tickets and instructions sent within 24–48 hours after booking approval.
Last-Minute Bookings: Documents delivered as soon as possible, typically within 1–4 hours.
Physical Materials (if applicable): Provided at the tour meeting point unless otherwise arranged.
Delays
Guests will be notified promptly in the event of delays.
Accurate contact information is the responsibility of the guest.
